This blog will serve as a reminder to head South in February.
I just happened to arrive a day before 'Nemo', that is the name the weather channel gave this winter storm that hit the eastern coastline and dumped 4 - 6 feet of wet heavy snow on the Rivah House.
Needless to say all construction came to a screeching halt when Norwell lost power for 4 days.
Tucker loved it....I did not!

With no heat, the house dropped close to freezing (and the CO2 detector went off), so Christy and Doug were nice enough to share their warm fire and they borrowed a friend's generator. Tommy's parents treated us to a warm shower and lunch. Tucker did not want to leave!

I left for Orange Beach to meet up with my Valentine..... the Norwell project hanging......
Only to begin another.... check out Sandi's blog for decorating detail!
